I haven't placed the scope on a weapon as of yet, but had it out of the box and played around with. I believe it will work perfectly for killing some coyotes that I have bothering us around the house. I will add some photos at a later time and let you know what I think. Keep up the good work!!!!

I finally had time to try it out at night and was happy with the results.. it took me a bit to get used to the screen, after using traditional scopes for so long.. i dont have any pics or videos on it yet but hope to soon..

Almost more than I expected in a $600 day/night. Clarity of the view in both modes is impressive. With the included infrared light, I can easily identify targets to at least 50yds. One shot zero worked quite well. Two minor issues kept me from rating it 5 stars. 1) A neoprene cover would be handy for transporting/field use. 2) No external indication whether unit is charging or fully charged. Other than that, an impressive product for those of us who don't several thousand for thermal. Thank you

Have used my ATN LTV optic on three seperat hunts now. Unfortunately the critters didn't cooperate.
The optic operated great during both early morning and later afternoons. The surrounding target areas were clearly visible in both daylight and after sunset darkness.

This is my first night vision device so I have nothing to compare it with, but it was easy to install with included mounts and so far everything works very well. Sight in was easy with one shot zero, but did shoot 2 extra rounds to verify. Daytime it is not as clear as a traditional scope, but I did know this before my purchase. Nighttime is impressive which is why I purchased this item. Read several reviews about included IR light being good enough, but can see clearly out to 250-300 yard range. The reason for only 4 stars is included instructions says nothing about IR iluminator operation, installation or adjustments.

AS an owner of the ATN ThOR LT 3x9, with which I am extremely satisfied as it has given me the ability to harvest wild hogs in pitch black of night but does not have as much utility in day time hunting ; I was intrigued when I saw the price point of $599 for the ATN X-Sight LTV 3x9 Day and Night Digital Rifle scope Scope. Oh boy, Do I love it? An unequivocal yes!! The stock IR Illumination works great for my woods, although I would not mind a Super Nova. I give this product an A+ and I cannot wait to record my first harvest! Thanks ATN

My first experience with these type of optics and I have been reasonably satisfied. Not as sharp of focus as I would like and the one shot sighting of the scope defaults to the 3X making it hard to see your bullet hole. Overall I am finding it fun and useful although I have yet to use the night option to any degree.

I actually like this scope even though I gave it three stars. Most of my “complaints” are probably operator error and unfamiliarity with the product. Never the less, here are my reasons:
1. Its a computer in a scope. Meaning that the user is looking at a digital screen. I find that my 50 yr old eyes struggle to focus on a screen that’s so close. I would compare it to viewing a cell phone up close. It take some getting used to.
2. The one shot zero is ok. I have this scope on a .223 rifle. I found that I had to sight it in at no more than 50 yds in order to view the POI and that was even a challenge because it only let me use the 3x magnification. I used a big piece of cardboard so I could mark the POI with marker in order to identify it in the scope. It took me three shots. I suppose I could have looked at a ballistics chart and sighted it in at 25 yds.
3. Positioning the infrared light has been a challenge. I’ve struggled to position it so that it doesn’t “wash out” the computer screen. If it’s not positioned right it will saturate the screen and it will turn white. It takes some adjusting to position it correctly. Once positioned, it seems to work ok. The scope work great without the infrared light on nights with adequate moonlight.
4. Battery management could be an issue for me. This will be something I’ll have to get used to. It appears that the battery life will perform as advertised at least while it’s new.
Now the positives:
1. It’s priced right. I like that I can get optics like this in a price that’s affordable.
2. It appears to be good quality. I think that it will be as rugged as standard optics and hold up to the use.
3. It find that it’s simple to use and doesn’t have a lot of complexity for a computer. The buttons are big enough to use in the dark.
4. It fits nicely in my rifle and came with mounting rings and the right allen wrenches for the screws! That’s helpful!
I purchased the scope from ATN’s website and have been very pleased with their customer service. They sent timely emails and provided helpful information.
I’m looking forward to using the scope and it will be helpful for the intended purpose. It’s just a different experience from standard optics and has a learning curve.
I would purchase it again and will probably upgrade sometime in the future.

Good scope, had to send one back in for a replacement. One use and would not power on. A new one was send out quick though. The new one they sent me was not the same i sent back, but it works fine. Battery life is fairly low, need to charge after a 3-4 hour sitting so it wont die next time out. Overall, a good scope.

The LTV 3-9 scope is light and compact compared to it"s biigger brother the 4k pro, even after giving up all the bells and whistles with the LTV makes it up with what it doesn't have. The LTV's light weight and size fits my short range smaller rifles form factor well.

This lives up to the ads. It is light weight and simple to use. I like the one shot sight in, but honestly, I took 4 shots. I wish you could magnify when using that feature. At 50 yards I cannot see the bullet hole from a 450 Bushmaster. Works great in full sun and at night with illuminator. I like the internal battery with long run time. I strongly recommend this sight.

The scope is awesome! And the factory illuminator is more than adequate. A little heavy but considering it’s capabilities, I expected it to be even heavier. Well built and solid. Operation is easy and straight forward, which I appreciate.
My only disappointment is in the “extras.” It comes with high rings which put the scope way to high for my taste. ATN doesn’t offer any other rings or lens covers. They don’t provide torque specs for the rings that they do provide, and don’t have dimensions available on their website that would make alternate scope ring selection much easier. Just the little nit picking things like this drive this attention to detail shooter a little nuts.
That said, please don’t get me wrong, I am more than satisfied with my LTV!

Needed night vision for predator hunting but didn't want to break the bank. This scope and illuminator changed the game. Used it successfully the day after I got it. Four days later upgraded the IR illuminator and made it even better. Functions are easy to use and remember. Video clarity is good.
