Turn your optic to night mode. Once in night mode you will be able to visibly see your LRF POI. Once there correct your LRF to align with your reticle.

As you magnify your scope the amount of pixels present in your image are reduced causing there to be less quality in your image.

Why would I want a scope the Laser Range Finder model?

Here's a couple reasons! Having a built in LRF allows for easy one button distance estimation, no need to carry a separate ranging device, and more accurate shot placement. All our LRF models will feed your distance into your on-board ballistics calculator.

If I have that do I still need an ABL?

Gen 5 Smart HD scopes like the X-Sight 5, THoR 5, and THoR XD, will have the option of a LRF model. That model will have a LRF built directly onto the scope. No need for a ABL attachment unless you select a Gen 4 scope ( X-Sight 4K Pro or THoR 4)

How do I sight in the scope?

Enter the zero menu through the carousel menu. Aim and Shoot: You take a shot at your target while aiming precisely where you want to hit. Reticle Adjustment: After shooting, use the scope's controls to move the red reticle to the exact spot where your bullet hit on the target. Be sure not to move your rifle and maintain the white reticle fixed on where you were aiming. Confirm Zero: The scope remembers the adjustments you made, essentially zeroing itself based on where your shot landed. Confirm your zero by firing another shot or two to ensure your point of aim matches the point of impact.

How do I use the objective and ocular lense ?

Using the objective and ocular lenses in an ATN digital scope is quite similar to using traditional scopes: Objective Lens: The objective lens on an ATN digital scope gathers light and helps focus the image. You adjust it to get a clear picture of your target. Ocular Lens: This is the lens you look through. This lens let you sharpen the information displayed on your screen. Which QDM is better, high or low?

Do these really hold zero if you're using the QDM?

We always recommend if you are using your scopes on multiple weapons to ensure rings are tightened to spec and always ensure you are zeroed before going out.

Explain the profile manager to me? What is the profile manager?

Sure thing! The profile manager in ATN Smart HD scopes is like your personal assistant for different shooting situations. It lets you save and switch between different settings (like zeroing distances, reticle styles, or ballistic info) for various guns or ammo types you use. So, if you switch between rifles or loads, you can quickly load up the right settings without needing to adjust everything manually each time. It's a handy way to keep your scope set up perfectly for each shooting scenario you encounter.

How do I set zero when using multiple rifles?

Setting zero with multiple rifles in ATN Smart HD scopes is pretty convenient! Here's how it works: You can save different zeroing profiles for each rifle you use. When switching rifles, you select the saved profile for that specific rifle from the scope's menu. This way, you can easily switch between rifles without needing to re-zero every time - the scope remembers the settings for each one.

Where's the best place to mount the IR light?

While we do offer mounting solutions on the side of the rings we provide.The best spot to mount the IR (infrared) light on an ATN X-Sight is below the barrel and as far up as you're able to mount. Following this suggestion keeps your image from "white washing" due to the gasses expelled after a shot from the barrel.

Explain the ABL to me - How does this work?

The Auxiliary Ballistic Laser is an add on to our Gen 4 Smart HD scopes! The attachment seamlessly pairs via bluetooth to your scope and is able to Laser Range Find up to 1500 yards and feed that distance to your scope.

Why would I want the ABL with my scope?
