I purchased the x-sight 4K Pro 3-14x and the ABL1000. So Far the one shot zero feature DOES work. You need to watch ALL the videos so it isn't as complicated. It is fairly complex, but there is a sense of satisfaction when it works properly. I have the version "498" and it has frozen up with me once, but not since. DO NOT download any firmware if yours is already HIGHER than 483!!!! Don't forget to align the ABL with the scope (watch the VIDEO!!!) The only draw back is the weight of the equipment. My AR is about 20-30 lbs with everything attached

I originally wanted a thermal scope, but the price was too high. Now I’m so glad I got the X-Sight 4K instead! Night vision is super clear, and daytime is even better. Sighting in really was as easy and accurate as it was supposed to be. All the cool functions work perfect (updating and calibrating make all the difference!!!) Mounted it to a Gamo Urban .22 PCP. The only downside? I ran out of rats by the second night….

Have only used it at the range so far. Resolution is exdeptional and the Optics are clear and crisp. The whole unit is slightly larger than my ATN X-Sight II HD. Excellent run time on the built in battery. The attached video is from the X-Sight II HD. Looking forward to getting the 4K Pro out on a hunt.

So far I’m very happy with the simplicity and setup. The scope was very easy to zero. The IR spotlight could use a little extra range, But does the job a 50 yds.
10 out of 10 on the scope, longevity of battery and charge, picture resolution, and overall quality. I’ve just bought the new thermal. I may end up being an ATN customer for life!

I have a THOR 4 but also wanted a more typical sight so I bought this X-sight. Day mode looks great but night mode requires an IR illuminator or more ambient than I expected. My least favorite part is the controls. The zoom wheel requires a lot of turning to make a change; maybe that's adjustable but I don't know how. The top control buttons are intuitive enough, after practice, But it's difficult to hold the rifle with one hand while operating controls using the other hand. at least for off-hand shooting. No problem if using a rest or bipod.

Like the ability to adjust mils/hashmarks in the reticle. Zero function works well. You can practice that by boresighting before you get to the range to get close. Functions/Features/Pricing seems GTG, Durabiity will be key decision factor.

I have had my ATN X-Sight 4kPro about 3 weeks now have not taken it to the range Yet has I want to get comfortable of the controls and using it with my cell phone. I like that I can bring up the sight image on my phone which makes it very easy to manipulate the target image with the rifle on an adjustable rest and with a hydraulic trigger pull device I can clearly see their is no excuse to miss the bulls eye. Below is my scope with an ABL range finder mounted on my DPMS G2 gas piston 308 ready to hunt some Texas Hogs.

Clarity - Keep in mind this is not glass, but the picture was definitely high definition! Good enough to make out individual needles on a tree over 100ft away.
Battery - It takes what feels like forever to drain this thing! It holds up to ATNs claims. Pro tip - if on a several day shoot as a backup, pick up a solar battery charger if you forget to charge things like myself.
Precision with ABL and Ballistic Calculator - worth every penny I paid... This is by far my favorite quality of the optic! 1 shot zero achieved at a quarter inch size target from 104 yards with a .300 Win Mag. A note for users though - watch the tutorial videos on ATNs site, and read up before hand. It helps!

This scope is outstanding. Took it in a hog hunt nothing stopped me. Was able to see all night. During the day I was hunting aoudad and recorded everything so I get to relive the hunt over and over. One of my shots I thought I shot high after slowing down the video I seen the shot placement and the pig drop as it ran that was the only reason I went down to even look for the blood trail. If it was not for that I would of thought I missed. Would totally buy this scope again.

This is my first IR scope. It took me a while to figure out how to set it up. The ATN videos were extremely helpful.
The obsidian 4 app makes adjusting the scope much easier but isn't very intuitive. I had to watch the video several times before I figured it out....and I'm an IT guy.
My biggest complaint is that the scope locks up now and then. I just hold the power button for 30 seconds and restart it and it seems to work well again. This seems to happen when I'm zeroing the reticle on my .308 AR. It didn't happen on my 22.
I must say...the camera is very easy to use and over all I like the scope. We'll see if I have many more lockups.

Unit appearance = assembled well, all screws were perfect no scuffs present, camo finish was nice, optics clean with no flaws, button assemblies user friendly, zoom know performed well, included accessories similar in quality. Add oil to scope eyepiece threads as well as front sun shade threads before you thread on or you will cross thread and or bind it up trying to screw them on..
Quality = my results after 6 months use review will indicate that performance was good or bad..
How to videos = outstanding
Overall input = 4K pro will be fun to use, your friends can enjoy what you record, onsite spotter will be amazed on how the iPad shows the target on its display screen..
Customer service for me email only was good, because I purchased 2 units they threw in some extra items for free..
Final though - hope this is as good as my other possessions that will last to be given to my grandson...

Overall I like the scope a lot. I do wish they would have taken the external illumiator into consideration and had it attach to the scope itself, instead of making it another attachment to the gun. Additionally, I like the scope cover, but again it could have been a little bigger. I have the quick release mount on it and the cover is not as easy to put on. I like the eye piece for it a lot, but again, I have to take it off to use the scope cover. Last negative comment is the fact that it needs to update through the microSD. Could have made it so it updates automatically when connected to your phone.
That’s about it. I am otherwise very happy with the product. It works well and the obsidian app works well with the camera. Love different things you can do with the sight and the camera/video is great! Definitely glad I went with the 5-20 as well.

This setup did way better than I expected. I’m not one normal for reviews. But I took my first shot at 55 yards just to start off using the one shot zero. I had another target set up at 100 yards and did't even shoot it I set up the ballistics along with the wind and turned on my ABL. I went to take my second shot through a bunch of limbs across my pond at 232 yards. I’m am now a believer.

I bought this scope for a new rifle. So far I am really impressed with the technology. This scope can do a lot so you have to take the time to learn and practice with it. The only complaint I have is that the rifle scope package end up being very heavy. Which makes sense.
