There are still people out there like me that are not tech savvy. Directions should be easy to read and very detailed. Yours were not! Trial and error

Absolutely love it

Pros: the illuminator is bright and mount makes it easily adjustable. Cons: the intensity ring feels loose and is not easy to locate in the dark. There is still no way to determine if the IR is on without looking through the scope for light. Put a very dim & small green led in the on/off switch! ATN customer services is excellent, but your shipper (FedEx) is totally incompetent. If a customer pays for express shipping, then they expect the package to leave the warehouse in less than 21 hours.

Flashlight moves around in the mount. Can easily be fix with a really thin rubber pad.

Works great... attaches easy... it's a great upgrade..

The battery is great-the light itself is great- the yardage it reaches is great. The mounting part that connects the light to the gun is not light would not tighten up in bracket and screws ware out of alignment and the light moves out of alignment with scope really easy

This illuminator is definitely 5 stars. The mount not so much. The illuminator is good to 200 yards with no problem. The battery life is equally as good as I have not yet needed to charge it after 3 hours use. The image clarity changed from functionable to OMG when I upgraded to this torch. The mount on the other hand is not so great. I had to rerun the threads before mounting. If you're not careful you will strip the threads. Fortunately, I had read reviews and was prepared. I suggest you screw the ring screws in prior to mounting to make sure they will seat properly.

It is a very affective piece of equipment. I wish it was more of a flood and not so narrow. But, it still performs it’s function perfectly.

Great service .. the first ir light didn’t come on and when I called about troubleshooting they were very helpful and got me a replacement on the way right then. Thanks and look forward to doing more business with y’all .
